Be sure you are connected to the Internet.
Open FrontPage 2000 and open your web page. This is assuming that you have already created a Web site on your computer. If you haven’t created a web site yet, go do that and then continue with these steps once your web site is created.
In FrontPage 2000, click "File" and then select "Publish Web…" from the selection list. See diagram below.
Then enter the destination of the web you are uploading to (such as home.meltel.net/username).
If you only want to upload files that you have changed since the last time you made changes to reduce upload time select the appropriate field as seen above.
Click "Publish"
Enter your username and password (usernames and passwords are case sensitive) and click "OK" to start the upload process. Depending on your connection speed and how much information needs to be transferred, this process can take awhile… from a few moments to a couple of hours depending on the size of the files you are sending… be patient!
After the upload is complete you can close FrontPage and open your browser. Now you can enter your address and you should see your new web site.
