Server software (i.e. Apache, Windows NT/2000/2003 Server)
Wired or wireless networking (problems getting multiple computers connected to the Internet)
Remote connection software (i.e. PC Anywhere, Remote Desktop)
HTML based email (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo)
Other ISP software (i.e. AOL, Earthlink, MSN)
Routers/Firewall software (unless provided by the phone company)
Internet Answering Machine software (i.e. Callwave)
FTP/File Sharing software (i.e. CuteFTP, Kazaa, Limewire)
Other hardware problems (i.e. monitor doesn't work, keyboard stuck)
